If you have an issue with sizing or the product let us know within 3-5 days of receiving the order and we can work with you to fix your issue. You are in charge of shipping it back to us.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS: Due to us putting our heart into our custom made items and making it individually for you, we do not offer refunds on those items, Please make sure to order the right size. Definitely reach out if you are unhappy with your item and we will figure it out on a case by case basis.

We offer a 30 day Refund Policy for NON-Handmade Items
At Static Threads we realize how difficult it is to order merchandise on-line, especially for first-time buyers. We recommend you to look at the sizing details before purchasing and get out that tape measure if you need to. Without actually seeing the goods in front of you, you're never really sure if you're buying exactly what you want. That's why we offer our customers 30 days to return your product If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of placing your order. This only applies to NON-HANDMADE items. Must not be used and have tags and packaging.
Many non-handmade items take 2-3 weeks for delivery so please order ahead of time.
You will need to pay for shipping and shipping will be taken off of your refund.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sizing will be listed on the details. For most items they are true to size unless stated otherwise.
However, If when you receive your item(s) and they do not appear to be in good shape, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact us within three (3) days and describe the problem(s) and/or defect(s) immediately upon receipt. You will be asked to provide photos of the damages you are claiming to be present in your item. Failure to provide photos will only cause delays in resolving the situation at hand. When you, the customer, provide photos of your damaged item(s) we will discuss and come to a decision as to what actions will be taken. Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Please do not file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and escalating a situation to such extremes without contacting us first will only result in delays of a conflict resolution.
Please make sure to use our size chart and pick your size carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
