That's why we offer our customers 30 days to return your product If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of placing your order. This only applies to NON-HANDMADE items. Must not be used and have tags and packaging.
Many non-handmade items take 2-3 weeks for delivery so please order ahead of time.

Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. You will be asked to provide photos of the damages you are claiming to be present in your item. Failure to provide photos will only cause delays in resolving the situation at hand. Please do not file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
