This is a custom made Mermaid bra that has your choice of color. Purple is the most popular but we can do it in purple, pink, blue, white, or a color of your choice. We have pictures of all of those. It is a gorgeous bra with sparkles, real seas shells, net, and rhinestones. It sparkles way better than pictures can capture. Bound to make you stand out from the crowd.

Since this outfit is made to order, if you don't see your size message me to see if it is available. Since the bra is made to order it is not guaranteed to look exactly identical to the to the picture listed above due to the supplies available at that time and the fact that it is custom made for you and on a different size bra. However, it will look extremely similar and if there are any extreme changes we will message you and let you know beforehand and you can choose to cancel the order depending on the circumstances.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to process and be completed to ship out, if you need it by a particular date message me and we will figure it out. I usually ship out within 1-2 weeks unless it is busy. Please just leave the date needed in notes when ordering and I will make sure to get it in time. I CAN do Rush orders! Returns and Exchanges
If you have an issue with sizing or the product let us know within 3-5 days of receiving the order and we can work with you to fix your issue. You are in charge of shipping it back to us.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS: Due to us putting our heart into our custom made items and making it individually for you, we do not offer refunds on those items, Please make sure to order the right size. Definitely reach out if you are unhappy with your item and we will figure it out on a case by case basis.

Without actually seeing the goods in front of you, you're never really sure if you're buying exactly what you want. That's why we offer our customers 30 days to return your product If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 30 days of placing your order. This only applies to NON-HANDMADE items. Must not be used and have tags and packaging.
Many non-handmade items take 2-3 weeks for delivery so please order ahead of time.

Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sizing will be listed on the details. For most items they are true to size unless stated otherwise.
However, If when you receive your item(s) and they do not appear to be in good shape, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact us within three (3) days and describe the problem(s) and/or defect(s) immediately upon receipt. You will be asked to provide photos of the damages you are claiming to be present in your item. Failure to provide photos will only cause delays in resolving the situation at hand. When you, the customer, provide photos of your damaged item(s) we will discuss and come to a decision as to what actions will be taken. Shipping charges are non-refundable and non-negotiable.
Please do not file a claim or dispute through PayPal or your bank without first contacting us. It is our goal to provide you with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and escalating a situation to such extremes without contacting us first will only result in delays of a conflict resolution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
